This story is described by Harrison as 3,000 words of "pure propaganda... a parallel world story about languages." Originally written in Esperanto, the story was translated into English for the Forbidden Planet collection by Harry Harrison. The title translates as "We are coming, Doctor Zamenhof, we are coming." Zamenhof was the creator of the international language, Esperanto.
