How to order a copy of The New Heroes: Superhuman directly through PayPal without using the button:

1. Log in to PayPal in the usual way.
2. Click the "Send Money" tab.
3. Fill in the fields like so:
   
4. Click "Continue" to proceed to the "Review Your Payment" page.
5. Click the "Send Money" button.

That should do it! If not, please e-mail me to let me know!

Once the transaction has been completed, PayPal will send me notification via e-mail: I will then contact the seller (via e-mail) asking whether the book should be inscribed. If I don't receive a reply within a couple days I'll assume that no inscription is required.
