The youngest of the Dalton siblings, Josh joined The High Command when he was only fourteen years old. Though his telekinesis was less powerful than that of his sister, Roz, Josh's mechanical and computer skills proved him to be a very valuable member of the team. Josh helped develop Quantum's costume and some of Paragon's weapons.
